Jerry Nolan is a founding member of National Subrogation Services. As Co-Director of NSS, Jerry is responsible for client relations, business development, coordination of network counsel, and management of NSS.

Dan is responsible for new business development, the NSS predictive analytics platform - SubroSpeed™ and quality assurance. Prior to joining NSS, Dan was the Assistant Vice President for Recovery Services International, an ESIS subsidiary.

Joe Minnella joined National Subrogation Services in 2015 and is an Assistant Director in the Automobile department. Joe is responsible for new business development and client relations initiatives.

Sandra Covolo joined National Subrogation Services in 2024 and is responsible for enhancing current client relationships, developing new business opportunities and optimizing NSS processes.

Jill Castillo is a supervisor in the Auto Recovery Department. She supervises a team of Auto Recovery Analysts handling losses across the country ensuring superior claim file handling. She joined NSS in 2016 as a Recovery Analyst and has over 15 years in the P&C insurance field.

Bringing 25 years of claims experience in the insurance industry, Cherie Frady supervises a team of Recovery Analysts handling Property and Automobile losses across the country. Prior to joining NSS, Cherie worked with CSAA and American Family Insurance, handling several lines including, Automobile, Property, Arbitration, Liability and Claims Management.

Gale Hohwald joined National Subrogation Services in October 2016 as a Recovery Analyst. Gale supervises our triage and administration teams as well as a team of analysts handling claims for several key accounts.

Marie Miller is a supervisor in the Auto Recovery Department. Marie joined NSS in 2015.

Todd Stewart joined NSS in 2016 as a Property Recovery Analyst and has 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry. Prior to joining NSS, Todd was a Subrogation Specialist with CSAA where he handled Auto and Property Subrogation claims.

Bringing more than 30 years of Workers Compensation and Liability claims experience, Carol Valenti joined National Subrogation Services in 2008. As a Property, Inland Marine & Workers Compensation Recovery Supervisor, Carol’s primary responsibilities include supervising a team of Recovery Analysts who manage national programs, and handle large claims along with quota share losses for both the U.S. and London markets.

Matthew Schelling joined NSS in 2013 as a Recovery Analyst and was recently promoted to NSS Business Analyst. Matt brings 15 years claims experience to NSS from his time at GEICO and Liberty Mutual, where he handled BI and No-Fault Claims.

Matt Cordeux has joined Cozen O’Connor/National Subrogation Services (NSS) as our London Market Consultant. Matt will serve as the UK point of contact for Lloyd’ Syndicates and other London Market Insurers.
