Senior Manager, Client Engagement and Operations

Sandra Covolo joined National Subrogation Services in 2024. Sandra will be responsible for enhancing current client relationships, developing new business opportunities and optimizing NSS processes. Sandra has over 30 years of claims experience. Before joining NSS, she was Senior Vice President of Claims for United Automobile Insurance Company where she was involved in all aspects of claims, litigation, underwriting and marketing. She was an integral part in developing a new claims system including an online self-servicing claims portal.
