Business Analyst

Matthew Schelling joined NSS in 2013 as a Recovery Analyst and was recently promoted to NSS Business Analyst. Matt brings 15 years claims experience to NSS from his time at GEICO and Liberty Mutual, where he handled BI and No-Fault Claims.

Matt is responsible for providing operational support to the Financial Department and the NSS team as well. He also provides insight on development of new procedures to ensure NSS meets its defined business goals.
