Carol Valenti is a Recovery Supervisor at National Subrogation Services (NSS), where she oversees property, inland marine, and workers’ compensation recovery matters and supervises a team of Recovery Analysts managing national programs, large claims, and quota share losses in both the U.S. and London markets. She joined NSS in 2008 and brings more than 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, liability claims, subrogation, and insurance recovery. Her background supports NSS’s work delivering strategic recovery services for insurers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators.
Throughout her career, Carol has developed deep expertise in property and casualty claims, subrogation and recovery, inland marine losses, ocean marine losses, and complex claims management. Her experience overseeing high-value and quota share recoveries helps support consistent claim handling, effective recovery strategy, and strong recovery outcomes for NSS clients.
Before joining NSS, Carol worked for Travelers Insurance, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, and Kemper Group, where she managed subrogation and recovery claims involving auto, personal and commercial property, inland marine, and ocean marine lines.
