We are authorized for online filing, enabling immediate assignment of a docket number and hearing date.

Fast Track

When losses anticipated to be $15,000 or more are received, we recommend immediate assignment to an NSS Subrogation Specialist. We send notice to potentially responsible parties (avoids claims of spoliation), demand the right to inspect evidence not in your control and assist with expert retention.

Training and Consulting Services
