NSS creates a partnership with our clients, which includes a willingness to provide education on recovery recognition and investigation. We are not an application service provider, but an exemplary provider of subrogation best practices. While we work with our own proprietary software and undergo continuous process improvement, our core philosophy is that experienced professionals resolve claims, not technology alone.

Designed to be a flexible recovery unit, our management team has significant subrogation experience in both a carrier and consulting environment and will only recommend the solutions that make the best economic sense to your organization. We are a platinum sponsor of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Every new file receives initial direction by a manager and prompt assignment to a recovery specialist who will personally acknowledge receipt. Our recovery specialists are available to answer your inquiries by phone, fax and email anytime during regular business hours. If additional investigation is needed, a plan of action is put in place to secure it.

Your claims are pursued aggressively through negotiation, arbitration, and if necessary, referral for litigation. Upon conclusion of our efforts, our entire file will be returned to give you an opportunity to review our service. In addition, we highly recommend the file be returned to the referring claim handler to reinforce that the recovery returned was a joint team effort between claims and recovery services.
